Board of Directors

According to the Articles of Incorporation, the Board of Directors comprises between three and five members, who are individually elected by the General Meeting for a maximum term of three years. The members may be re-elected once this term has elapsed. However, Board members who reach the age of 71 must retire at the next General Meeting following their birthday.
