Dr. Daniel Hofer

On 1 October 2010, Daniel Hofer took over the operational management of Affichage Holding and APG|SGA as Chief Executive Officer. He previously worked for the NZZ media group from 2006 to 2010 and as a member of Senior Management, was responsible for the Zurich-based publishers NZZ AG. Before this, he had a long-standing career with Publigroupe SA where he managed various units in Switzerland before taking over the management of the international division from 2002 to 2005 as a member of the Management Board and CEO. At that time, the international division had numerous sales branches in Europe, Asia and the USA. Since 2008 he has also been President of the International Advertising Association (IAA), Swiss Chapter. Furthermore he is a Member of the Board of Swiss Advertising (SA), Vice-President of FEPE International Fédération de la Publicité Extérieure (International Federation of Outdoor Advertising) and President of the AWS Aussenwerbung Schweiz association (Outdoor Advertising Switzerland). He holds a Master of Business Administration (University of Rochester, New York) and a Doctorate of Business Administration (University of South Australia, Adelaide).
